3106333 - Mapping marital-status on EC to EP custom-field

Symptom

When mapping EC HRIS field marital-status in personalInfo to EP standard custom-field is showing Yes/No.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

Create the custom field on Employee Profile Standard Element:

Go to Manage Business Configuration;
Go to Employee Profile and click on Standard;
Click on the custom you want to create the map, as the figure below.

Go to Employee Central HRIS element personalInfo;
Go to HRIS field marital-status and configure the mapping, as the figure below.

Download User Data File (via Employee Export) and see that on the custom-field will appear true/false.

Resolution

This is an expected behavior, as the field marital-status will send boolean values to EP.
