3106420 - IVR Prompt "say-as value" not working

Symptom

  • The feature of "Say-As digits / numbers" is not working.
  • Issue started suddenly 
  • In the MRS logs, the similar errors can be seen, where the GUID is the corresponding one to the call and the file name is the custom file defined:
    • PLAY_FILE = {'CALL_ID': 'GUID'}
    • WRN> FILE_PLAY failed in MRS : {'_SRID': 'CallDispatcher:Prod_Core:100', '_PEER_ID': 'CallDispatcher:Prod_Core', 'REMOTE_IFC': 'CallDispatcher:Prod_Core', '_EVT': 'FILE_PLAYED', 'FileName': '\\IVRTalk\\enUK\\9.WAV', 'CALL_ID': 'GUID', '_DATA': 'ERROR', '_SRC': 'GUID'}
    • WRN>  File \\[SHARELOCATION]\[FOLDER]\[CUSTOM_LANGUAGE]\*.wav does not exist
