During the new Language installation you are facing with "NLS configuration missing for language <language code> (See SAP note 42305)" in SMLT at Classify Language phase.
This error is happening after you have successfully added, activated the needed Language codes in transaction I18n / RSCPINST (Language Configuration) and extended the Language lists as per SAP Notes:
An example with Estonian language (Language code ET):
"NLS configuration missing for language ET (See SAP note 42305)"
