3106432 - 360 form shows ratings as "unrated" in Evaluation Summary - 360 Multi-Rater

Evaluation Summary of 360 multi-rater form shows the ratings as "unrated" in the Rating column, even all the competencies were rated by the users.

SAP SuccessFactors 360 Multi-Rater

1. Open 360 multi-rater form that were already rated
2. In Evaluation Summary, the ratings are shown as "unrated"
   
   
   
   
3. Click on one of the raters
4. You can see the ratings given per competency
5. Open Detailed 360 Report
6. You can see the competencies were rated

No Summary section was configured for the 360 form template.

If no Summary section was configured for the 360 form template, the Overall Rating is not being calculated and it cannot be shown beside the rater list. What you can see when you click on  the rater to see their ratings and when you open Detailed 360 Report is each competency rating. In order to have the Overall Rating calculated (or manually added if Manual Rating is being used), it is necessary to configure a Summary Section for the form.

Note changes made in the template won't be applied to forms that were already launched.
