3106497 - RDSMOPREDUCEDATA is not deleting data of certain service sessions

Symptom

You are intending to clean up and delete old service session data by using report RDSMOPREDUCEDATA, but the data of certain service sessions does not seem to get removed at all. The log popping up after executing the report RDSMOPREDUCEDATA is showing entries such as:

Not authorized for technical system PRD~JAVA
Not authorized for technical system PR1~JAVA
Not authorized for technical system QAS~ABAP
Not authorized for technical system QAS~JAVA
Not authorized for technical system DEV~HANADB
Not authorized for technical system DEV~ABAP
...

When re-executing report RDSMOPREDUCEDATA afterwards, the related session are getting listet to for deletion once again and the deletion attempt leads to the same log entries as before.
