3106790 - Solution Manager TIME_OUT dumps in Program: CL_SQL_RESULT_SET

Symptom

1. The following dumps occur in Solution Manager system:

Runtime Errors         TIME_OUT
ABAP Program           CL_SQL_RESULT_SET=============CP
Application Component  BC-DB-DBI

What happened?                                                                                    |
|    Program "CL_SQL_RESULT_SET=============CP" has exceeded the maximum                           |
|     uninterrrupted runtime and has                                                               |
|    therefore been terminated.    


2. A new run of the Last Usage Migration job SM_CCLM:LUSG_MIG_<SID> is started daily and has the following messages in the Log:

No data found for <SID> system and day granularity
Failure to determine last usage for /SDF/CL_RC_SIMPLE_CHK         CONSTRUCTOR
Query Execution Error: An error during the query execution occured
