3106857 - Create or update a Withdrawl Reason

When a user is attempting to withdraw from a class, there is no Withdrawal Reason available to select

To create or update an existing Withdrawal Reason, you will need to navigate to References > Learning Activities > Withdrawal Reason

Now select to either create a new Withdrawal Reason or update the text of an existing one.

Once completed, the user will then be able to select from all the active Withdrawal Reasons.
