3107072 - Change logs for BAPI

Symptom

You use BAPI (for example, BAPI_ACC_PYMNTBLK_UPDATE_POST) to change a document. After making a change to the entered document, try to display the change log in FB03 by choosing the menu option Environment -> Changes. However, the system does not display the document but error message F4 115 "No changes selected for document & & &".
