• Is it possible to add Operator fields into the job application template?
• Is there a field to add users into the job application template?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

As of now there isn't a way to add operators to the job application template as the fields created for operators are standard fields for the job requisition template but not in job application template. There also isn't a field type that would support searching for users in the system.
