Symptom

You are experiencing performance issues on screen where PDI customizations/add-on is involved and you would like to get some hints for performance improvement.

Environment

  • SAP Cloud for Customer
  • SAP Business ByDesign
  • SAP Cloud Applications Studio

Resolution

You may use use the feature "Run Performance Check" from SAP Cloud Applications Studio. You can follow these steps:

  1. Log In to SAP Cloud Applications Studio.
  2. Open Affected Solution.
  3. Right Click on the Solution ID in the Solution Explorer tab.
  4. Select "Run Performance Check".
  5. The SAP Cloud Applications Studio will generate a report which highlights the custom code lines for each solution component and it will suggest optimizations which should be implemented by the partner developer to improve the performance of the custom code.
