3107525 - Error in: ChangeSet index 1 - ???HCP upload error: XDP or PDF File Parse Error???;File could not be uploaded to PFS - Onboarding

When uploading document in Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document templates, an error pops up:

"Error in: ChangeSet index 1 - ???HCP upload error: XDP or PDF File Parse Error???;File could not be uploaded to PFS"

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Admin Center -> Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document templates
2. Upload a .pdf file 
3. Provide all the necessary required fields
4. Click on Save.
5. An error is being thrown by the system

There is no signature field that is being detected by the system

A signature field must have a suffix DocuSignSignHere for signature and DocuSignDateSignedfor date, regardless of who is signing the form.
Please upload a .xdp file with DocuSignSignHere and DocuSignDateSignedfor.
