Canvas report run PDF and WORD file export gives different error in Japanese language

In English instance language, the PDF and WORD file export is displaying the below same error:

This component cannot be displayed right now. Things to try:
• it may not be valid (check report validation tools)
• access to this information may not be allowed (check role permissions)
• resubmit your request

In Japanese language:

The report run PDF file export:
[]
現在表示次試: 
• 有効可能性 (検証確認) 
• 情報許可 (役割権限確認) 
• 再送信

The report run WORD file export:

[リストレポートコンポーネントのレンダリングエラー] 

このコンポーネントは現在表示できません。次のことを試すことができます:
• 有効でない可能性があります (レポート検証ツールを確認してください)
• この情報へのアクセスは許可されていません (役割権限を確認してください)
• リクエストの再送信

1. Change the instance language to Japanese.
2. Go to Report Centre.
3. Run the impacted report.
4. Export the report to PDF and WORD file.

Some font types don't support Japanese characters in pdf export.

That is why we're missing some Japanese characters in pdf export that's present in word export.

This is a known functional limitation.

If you switch to Verdana font, this issue should not happen for pdf export.
