3107589 - "Orbeon Forms - Unauthorized - You do not have access to this page" issue when editing a yForm in Backoffice

Symptom

When user clicks on a yForm in Backoffice and then clicks on the pen icon to open the yForm editor, a new window opens with "Orbeon Forms - Unauthorized - You do not have access to this page." error message.

In Kibana Logs, below exceptions are found:
