3107887 - Unable to set matrix manager on EP portlet

A user wants to add their own Matrix Manager on their own EP Profile and they are unable to find the Matrix Manager.

1. Go to Matrix Manager Portlet
2. Click on the pencil to add the matrix manager
3. Will show no results as the image below

The matrix manager selected is inactive.

Set the status of matrix manager as active.
