3107887 - Unable to set Matrix Manager on EP portlet

A user wants to add their own Matrix Manager to their EP Profile but they are unable to find the Matrix Manager.

1. Go to Matrix Manager portlet.
2. Click on the pencil icon to add the Matrix Manager.
3. Notice that 'There were no results' message is displayed. 

The Matrix Manager selected is inactive.

The Matrix Manager must have an active status; otherwise, it will not be available for selection.
