3107901 - Modify DocuSign Email Template - 'Review Document' Envelope Template

• Modify the format, colour, content, size, elements of the email when an Offer Letter is generated using DocuSign, also known as DocuSign Envelope.
• This email redirects the candidate to the External Career Portal when clicked on "Review Document"

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting
2. Select any Job Requisition
3. Select any candidate in the Offer status
4. Take action -> Offer -> Offer Letter -> Select any template -> Next Step
5. Select "Online Offer with eSignature" to generate an Offer using DocuSign
6. Click "Send"
7. Check the Email Envelope received by the candidate which redirects to the External Career Portal when clicked on "Review Document"

- SuccessFactors Product team has confirmed that the modification of the DocuSign Envelope is done through the DocuSign Team and this cannot be modified through the SuccessFactors instance.
