Symptom

In SDCCN logs you can see the following entries when trying to transport EWA data to SAP.

<Date><Time> For this task type, destination SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL is mapped to SAP-SUPPORT_PARCELBOX
<Date><Time> Transfer of session data started to destination SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL
<Date><Time> Data collection completed for session 000Z000000014 EWALERT
<Date><Time> READ_STAMP : Approximate Download with module 000231
