Symptom
How to request the decommissioning, deactivation of a Recruiting Posting account?
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting
Resolution
To request a Recruiting Posting instance to be turned off and decommissioned, you can reach out to the Product Support team via a low-priority Launchpad ticket, making sure to include the following details:
- Customer name
- Customer Number from Cloud Reporting
- Tenant ID
- Recruiting posting root ID (will be completed by Product Support)
- Product
- Company ID
- Data center
- Contact details of the person approving this request on the customer side
The request will be then transmitted to the SAP Decommissioning Team and Support will follow up and keep you updated until the completion (deactivation is complete and data is purged).
In addition to contacting support, you are encouraged to always involve the SAP account/sales representatives in such requests to ensure all processes are smoothly completed.
Also, it's handled by SAP decommissioning team. As the Support has no visibility on their planning or roadmap, no further information in terms of feasibility or deadline can be provided by Support.
Please note that there is no possibility to extract and transmit you any data (job postings, users, configuration, etc.). Once the contract is terminated, a deletion request is sent to all actives postings on job boards.
