Symptom

You are replicating Employees from SAP ERP to SAP Cloud for Customer, but the message is failing with the following error:

Error message "Message "EmployeeCompleteMasterDataReplicateRequest{http://sap.com/xi/SAPGlobal20/Global}" not supported".

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Administrator Work Center.
  2. Access the Web Service Message Monitoring section.
  3. Search for the "EmployeeReplicationIn" Service Interface.
  4. Review the error details that appear.

Cause

You are using a wrong CPI iflow  "Deprecated - Replicate Employee from SAP Business Suite" which is obsolete.

Resolution

Download and deploy the SAP CPI Standard Iflow "Replicate Employee from SAP Business Suite".
