3108471 - Company in Personal Data Collection is not showing Data even if it is mapped correctly - Onboarding

The Company field in Personal Data Collection is not showing any data even the mapping is correct in Recruit-to-Hire Data Mapping

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Onboarding Dashboard

2. Open the affected onboardee

3. Click New Hire Data in Actions

4. You will see that the Company field is empty

The Data Type of the field that was used in mapping is currently not the same for Recruiting Field and EC Field

Make sure that the data type of the Recruiting Field is aligned on the field in EC.

Also, double check the mapping that is configured in Manage Business Configuration -> jobInfo -> Company -> Details and check if the field mapped is also has the same data type.
