Symptom

You need to create a new absence in your system for fulfilling customer requirements. In order to avoid issues in the standard behavior of the payroll process main reports (RPTGENE0, RPCALCE0, RPC_PAYES_CRETA_BASES) this absence cannot have configuration fields values that match the standard absences ones. In this KBA you will find the steps to create a new customer absence from the beginning.
