3108660 - Fields Missing in Account Hierarchy Facet Despite Being Set As Visible

The fields YTD Revenue, Roll-up of YTD Revenue, Active Pipeline and Roll-up of Active Pipeline are grayed out in Adaptation on the Account Hierarchy facet of the Account TI

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Enter Adaptation mode
2. Go to the Customers work centre
3. Go to the Accounts view
4. Open any Account TI
5. Navigate to the Account Hierarchy facet

Result: the fields: YTD Revenue, Roll-up of YTD Revenue, Active Pipeline and Roll-up of Active Pipeline are not shown in the UI despite being set as visible.

The visibility of these fields is dependent on the scoping questions:

'Do you want to see the calculated fields like active pipeline and year to date revenue in the header of the account detail?'

and

'Do you want to see the calculated fields like active pipeline and year to date revenue in the account hierarchy facade of the account detail?'

1. Go to the 'Business Configuration' work center.
2. Select the 'Implementation Projects' view.
3. Select 'Edit Project Scope'
4. Select the 'Next' button until step 4: Questions.
5. Expand the list of 'General Business Data'.
6. Expand the list of 'Business Partners'.
7. Select 'Handling of Business Partners'.
8. Scope the questions

• 'Do you want to see the calculated fields like active pipeline and year to date revenue in the header of the account detail?'
• 'Do you want to see the calculated fields like active pipeline and year to date revenue in the account hierarchy facade of the account detail?' 

After these changes are saved (save your scoping decisions) you will be able to see the following fields in the Account Hierarchy facet in the Account TI if set to visible via Adaptation:

• YTD Revenue
• Roll-Up of YTD Revenue
• Active Pipeline
• Roll-Up Active Pipeline.
