3108712 - Purchase Order text disappeared once add/change contract/outline agreement.

Symptom

We create PO, maintain texts in both header and item levels. Once saved, the data remain the same.
After that, if we edit the PO and add/change any contract/outline agreement, the texts maintained in the PO disappear/vanish/empty.
