3108761 - Career Worksheet: Gap Graph starting with "0" - Career Development Planning

When configuring the Rating Scale that is used for the Gap Graph there are certain values that cannot be supported in Career Worksheet properly.

This is an expected behavior.

When setting up the Gap Graph Rating Scale, if the business requirements needs to start the rating scale with "0", be sure to configure it with regular intervals (0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1) otherwise, Gap Graph won't display all the values properly.
