Symptom
During sales order creation, the error: "&1 falls below the limit &2 in the condition record" is issued.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Reproducing the Issue
- Create a sales order in the Create Sales Orders app.
- In the Amount field, enter an amount manually.
Cause
The lower limit is maintained for the corresponding condition record.
The lower limit indicates whether, during document processing, the system checks if manual changes fall below the lower limit allowed for the corresponding condition record.
When you maintain the scales in a condition record, the system checks whether the scale value falls below the lower limit.
Resolution
A)
- Open the Set Material Prices - Sales or Set Service Prices - Sales app.
- Enter the condition type.
- Select the key combination.
- Enter your selection criteria.
- Execute.
- Open the Details screen.
- Remove the Lower Limit.
- Save.
B)
- Open the Manage Prices - Sales app.
- Enter the condition type.
- Select the key combination.
- Enter your selection criteria.
- Press Go.
- Select the condition record.
- Press Edit.
- Remove the Lower Limit from the condition record.
- Save.
