  • Getting an error: "<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><CustomApplicationMessages xmlns="http://xml.sap.com/2010/02/bpc"/>" when try to save a new journal template. 
  • upgraded from S/4 Hana 1610 to 2020 and migrated RTC model as well. 
  • Old journal templates before the upgrade are missing.
