3108937 - Optimizer background report fails to plan when any of the selected documents are locked

Symptom

  • You would like to use report /SCMTMS/VSR_OPT_BGD to plan Freight Documents in the background
  • If any of the selected documents (Freight Units, Freight Orders, Freight Bookings etc.) are locked with exclusive locks, then the optimizer planning stops and none of the documents are planned
  • You expected that the non-locked documents would be planned, similarly as in the Transportation Cockpit
