- If EC module is not in scope, can we still configure Crossboarding and Offboarding using miniature version of EC?
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Resolution
- If you're using an external Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to store and manage employee data, you can connect the system with Onboarding. However, Offboarding and Crossboarding processes aren’t supported. Hence, Crossboarding and Offboarding will not work with miniature version of EC.
- EC is required if you want to use Crossboarding and Offoarding.
- Please refer to the Implementation Guide as to what you will need to set up.
