3109151 - Integration Center: Apostrophe displayed as ’ in .CSV output file

You have configured an simple outbound Integration Center job which is exporting a .csv file to an SFTP server.

When opening the file in Microsoft Excel, you observe that the apostrophe characters are being displayed as: ’

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
• Integration Center

This behavior is occurring due to the character which is stored in the field which has the issue.

The apostrophe character is stored as ’ instead of ' (e.g. Manager’s instead of Manager's)

The character stored in the problematic field needs to be changed FROM: ’ TO: ' so that it is rendered correctly in MS Excel:

• Microsoft Excel will display character ’ as: ’
      
• Microsoft Excel will display character ' as: '
