Symptom
Is it possible to hide the icons that are shown on the top right corner of the Calibration Sessions?
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Calibration
Resolution
On the top right corner of the Calibration sessions, we can see the icons below:
- The first icon is used to perform actions as Mark and Unmark as Discussed.
- The second icon works as a filter, we can use it to search people in the session by department, location, job code, etc.
- The third icon is used to display or hide Employee Attributes and Other Options.
- The fourth icon shows how many subjects are unrated in the session.
All these icons and the Print icon are hard coded in the system and they will always be shown in the calibration sessions. Currently it is not possible to hide or remove them. - The Export icon can be disabled by role as explained in KB Article 2070794. This button will not be shown for the user in the calibration session unless it has been enabled in Manage Calibration Settings.
- The Email icon is shown if the session is still active. Once you have finalized the session the email icon will be disabled in the system. Currently there is no configuration to remove or hide this icon while the session is still in active state.
