Symptom
- Over the weekend, a working Data Services agent is no longer able to connect to SAP Cloud Integration for data services
- The firewall rules already allowlists the IP address for the SAP Cloud Integration for data services application
- It is no longer possible to ping or telnet to the IP address to the CI-DS server
