Symptom

Trying to execute the Fiori app My paystubs (F1313A) results in the following error:  "Failed to load UI5 component for navigation intent #RemunerationStatement-display".  
In the Google Chrome developer tools, the error below is present:

"Caused by: Error: failed to load 'hcm/fab/lib/common/library.js' from /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/resources/~20200212094700~/hcm/fab/lib/common/library.js: 404 - NOT FOUND
