3109590 - Error: "Request Failed TLS certificate host name mismatch" happens when securing HANA database connection in HANA Cockpit

Symptom

Following the standard steps (See KBA 3007745) to register a tenant database securely and manage it by SAP HANA Cockpit, after performing all the steps, the registration still fails with error in Cockpit manager:

 "Failed to update server encryption
  Request Failed
  TLS certificate host name mismatch"
