3109653 - Recruiting Posting Integrations with Glassdoor are no longer functional

Since October 19th 2021, Recruiting Posting Integrations with Glassdoor are no longer functional.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

1. SAP SuccessFactors was recently informed that Glassdoor has been acquired by the Indeed group, resulting in the merger of these two job boards under the Indeed platform. When posting to Indeed, jobs may also appear on Glassdoor.  

The technical integration of Glassdoor with ATS has been deprecated by Indeed, making Glassdoor integrations (Sponsored and Organic) with Recruiting Posting non-functional.  

•  To assist recruiters, the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Product team is collaborating with Indeed to develop an integration that will enable job postings to Indeed, which may also appear on Glassdoor.  
• For Glassdoor Organic, recruiters must post all live jobs to the Indeed organic feed to maintain job visibility. This integration with the Indeed organic feed is not yet available. For updates, please follow the integration release notes within Recruiting Posting monthly release notes.  
• For Glassdoor Sponsored, recruiters must post all live jobs to Indeed (Sponsored). This integration with Indeed (Sponsored) is currently available, but additional requirements are necessary to enable the Glassdoor (Sponsored) integration. For updates, please follow the integration release notes within Recruiting Posting monthly release notes.
