3109668 - Not able to change URL redirection to BILaunchpad

Symptom

Access to current system is via Netscaler LB using following URL's :
http(s)://reporting/BOE/BILaunchpad and http(s)://reportingCMC/BOE/CMC 

However, the /BOE/Launchpad and /BOE/CMC parts of the URL's are added to the domain name automatically, unable to change /BOE/BILaunchpad to /BOE/BI
