• Managed system is NOT using Charm and no reference to this SID can be found in Solution Manager system
• A system refresh was performed on this managed system from a development system that IS connected to Solution Manager and uses Charm
• When trying to directly create a Transport Request on the newly refreshed system, encountering an error:
