Agency Listing is not showing for the user under Job Posting tab inside the Job Requisition.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

The operator affected does not have WRITE permission for the "agencyPosting" field.

To grant the operator ability to see and edit the posting for an agency, the user must have the WRITE permission for the field "agencyPosting".

Notice that READ permission will not be taken into consideration for this field. Only WRITE permission should be granted.
