3109980 - Hyperlink to another story displays story name instead of description in S/4 Hana Cloud

When user try to add a hyperlink to another story, the "jump to" prompt displays the story name(id) rather than the story description. 

• SAP S/4HANA CLOUD 2108

1. In S/4 HANA Cloud, create a story with chart.
2. Add a hyperlink in the chart and point to another story, user will see that the story name in s/4 hana cloud is pointing to the ID and story name become as description.
3. In SAC tenant, the story name is just the story name . This make the end user confused because the ID as story name is not friendly.
