3110024 - HANA Password Policy will not restrict what characters a password can not contain

Symptom

In a HANA DB, you want to config the  Password Policy to what characters can not be contained.

e.g.

You want to config the Password Policy to "Uppercase Letters" must not be contained, and set the password_layout to "a1".

You want the password "Abcdef12" is not allowed, as Uppercase Letter  "A" is contained.

This limit is not realizable in HANA DB.
