Field Completion - Completion Percentage:

You can now view the percentage of defined mappings for each Recruiting picklist mapped with a Recruiting Posting. This percentage indicates which Recruiting Picklists are not 100% mapped with the Recruiting Posting picklist.

 

Field Completion - HTML Editor for Autofill Values:

Text fields for Autofill values can now be edited with an HTML editor. This means that you can add your text in bold, italic, etc.

My Job Boards - New Button "Email History":

When you activate a job board from the Job Board Market Place, certain job boards are automatically contacted to allow you to post jobs on their site. From this release, you can view when the job board was contacted by our system by clicking on the "Email History" button Thus, you have better visibility on the activation of this job board.

 

Steps : My Job Boards > Select a Job Board > Credentials > Click on the arrow > Email History

Different actions from the Recruiting Posting "Post & Manages Jobs page" have been removed to ensure you are using the Recruiting Job Posting table to perform these actions. Only 2 actions remain : View details and Export to PDF, as these are not available yet within the Recruiting Job Posting table.

“Job board Credits Report” report has been renamed to “Job Board Credits Availability Reports” and the field "Display Used Credits" has been renamed to "Display the total number of credits used”.
