3110470 - Unable to overlap demands in Resource Scheduler while using the Auto-Dispatch feature

• Your business requires the use of the "Auto Dispatch" feature in the Resource Scheduler.
• Your business also requires the ability to add multiple demands for the same SE for the same time slot.
• The problem is that the UI prevents the data from saving when there are overlaps .

• SAP Service Cloud 

Use the Auto Dispatch scheduling method to create automatic scheduling in the system.

System is working as designed.

• Auto dispatch feature looks for free slot of the employees of the service team.
• If there is no free slot, appropriate message will be raised, for example,  "Auto Dispatch unsuccessful due to unavailable time slots".
• The above is the expected behavior.
• There are presently no Badi (User exits) to suppress the message, which prevents the demain from saving.
• To assign demands to same slot, customer has to assign it manually.
