3110470 - Unable to overlap demands in Resource Scheduler while using the Auto-Dispatch feature

Your business requires the use of the "Auto Dispatch" feature in the Resource Scheduler.
Your business also requires the ability to add multiple demands for the same SE for the same time slot.
The problem is that the UI prevents the data from saving when there are overlaps .
