3110475 - Cannot configure Onboarding Integration Setup - Onboarding

Unable to configure Onboarding Integration Setup.

• Cannot add numbers of days to restrict onboarding of applicants who have been onboarded
• Cannot select Apply Onboarding to all Job Requisitions

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login to the instance
2. Go to Onboarding Integration Setup
3. Add a number in the 'Restrict the onboarding of applicants who has been onboarded within past (days)' field.
4. See that the number entered clears out after clicking anywhere in the page.
5. Select the radio button 'Apply Onboarding to all Job Requisitions'
6. See that it is not getting selected.

• Lack of permission for the user who's trying to setup the integration
• In 'Internal and External Applicant Search Settings', some of the Custom Filters were not configured as mfield#. Instead, they are configured as filter# at present.

Cause 1: The backend logs will show below error message:

Unable to retrieve the onboarding integration rule / settings: User is not having permission for managing integration [RCMONBOARDINGINTEGRATION]

Make sure of the below pre-requisites (switch in provisioning and RBP):

• Provisioning > Company Settings >> Enable Onboarding Integration>> BizX Onboarding Integration (requires BizX Onboarding)
• In Manage Permission Roles >> Find the affected user's RBP Role role > Recruiting Permission, make sure the following permissions are granted
  
  • Onboarding Initiate Permission
  • Onboarding Update Permission
  • Recruit-to-Hire Data Mapping
  • Setup Onboarding Integration

Cause 2: In 'Internal and External Applicant Search Settings', the Custom Filters should always be configured as mfield# values  instead of filter#.
