3110481 - Job Application Filter Option Showing Inactive Values - Recruiting Management

In the Job Application workbench, inside the Job Requisition, the Filter Options are showing options which are inactive in Picklist Center.

This is expected behavior. Please refer to the resolution section.

Inactive picklist values will appear in the Filter Options to help filtering Job Applications which may have had these values saved while the options were still active.
