You plan hours for a Activity Type/Resource to the Work Package in APP Plan Customer Projects.
However, the Cost Rate used for this resource is inconsistent with the Cost Rate maintained in APP Manage Cost Rates - Services.

The unit maintained between Activity Type/Resource, is different with the unit used for planning cost rate.

For example, Activity Type unit is HR. But planned the Cost Rate in unit H.
