3110532 - ABAP CDS: Delta Extraction Fails with STATEMENT_MEMORY_LIMIT

Symptom （1）

You are encountering the memory dump during data extraction from CDS view. And in the CDS view  DETECT DELETED RECORDS = TRUE annotation is being used like this:

@Analytics.dataExtraction.delta.byElement.detectDeletedRecords: true

Dump is as below:

Symptom (2)

ODP DTP or InfoPackage extraction from CDS View failed in BW system. In Source system side, it is found below error in the extraction job ODQR_*

Exception  occurred in line 48 of include CL_RSODP_ABAP_CDS_AIMD_CURSOR=CM001 (program CL_RSODP_ABAP_CDS_AIMD_CURSOR=CP)
Exception UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION occurred in line 1 of include CL_RSODP_ABAP_CDS_AIMD_CURSOR=CM001 (program CL_RSODP_ABAP_CDS_AIMD_CURSOR=CP)

Also in the corresponding dev trace, there was a memory overflow:
