3110699 - Change Entry by Technical User (SAP_SYSTEM) in Opportunity

You can see a change entry in Opportunity by user Technical User (SAP_SYSTEM) with no change details.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to New Business - Opportunity List
2. Select the Opportunity XYZ (XYZ represents the Opportunity ID)
3. Edit and navigate to Changes tab 

You can see a change entry by user Technical User (SAP_SYSTEM) with no change details.

This behavior is controlled by Business Configuration Activity "Sales Cycles and Phases" -> "Maintain Sales Cycles".

As per the Assign Phase maintained in the activity, system will make the changes in the opportunity and same is displayed in the changes tab.

 This is a standard system behavior.
