User wants to set up workflow for purchase requisition with document type RV Outl. Agmt Requisn but the PR doesn't go for approval

In the manage workflows for purchase requisition, when you are creating the workflow, the Start Conditions, "Document Type of purchase requisition is" and to select RV from the list , this option is available only under "Overall Release of Purchase Requisition", So in the SSCUI 102911, you need to tick the "Overall release for PReq" along with "Scenario based workflow"
