Symptom

  • While trying to create B2B / B2C customers you're encountering below issue.
  • Error occurred in COM_BPUS_INTERNETUSER_CREATE
  • Information Message when calling BAPI_USER_CREATE1; more information in RETURN table
  • The custom code calls FM COM_BPUS_INTERNETUSER_CREATE and it appears that in the latest version this FM is commented and is not accessible.
  • Due to this it's not possible to complete BP in internet role.
