3110986 - Interview portlet in Job Application is not visible for operators - Recruiting Management

The operator is trying to add interviewers to the interview portlet in the job application, but the portlet is not visible.

NOTE: This is valid for scenarios where Interview Scheduling is not enabled.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

There are 2 causes we have identified so far:

• The feature-permission interviewAssessment in the job requisition is not granted to the user trying to add interviewers
• The candidate is in a status that is not granted permission to the feature-permission interviewAssessment in the job requisition template

The resolution for the 2 causes above mentioned are the same.

To have access to this portlet, the operators must be given permission to the feature-permission as well as the candidates must be in the status given this permission.
