3111014 - PO CTS transport fails with Could not establish connection to AS Java port 50004

• You are attempting to transport Process Orchestration (PO) objects using CTS+.
• When executing the transport the following error occurs:
      "Exception during deploy:com.sap.aii.util.misc.api.ResourceException: Connection to system Integration Builder using application CMS -Transport lost. Detailed information: IOException while sending request to http://<CTSproxyhost>:<port>/rep/cmstransport/int?!" 
• In transaction STMS (on your CTS domain controller system) -> System Overview -> Click on Target system SID -> Transport Tool -> Transport Tool Check (Icon on extreme left in screenshot), you get the below error
      Could not connect to SDM
