SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
After data migration, it was observed that images in the storefront could not be displayed correctly despite verifying that the image data and folder path were correctly configured.
Upon downloading and re-uploading the image via Backoffice, it was noted that the Hash of Location changed, and the image can now be correctly displayed.
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
